Join Chef Malcolm Kelly to learn how to make salad dressings that will brighten up your spring greens. We will harvest fresh greens and herbs from the garden then take them back to the kitchen where we will learn how to make a variety of dressings. We will cover everything from basic vinaigrettes to Caesar dressing. Ready to take your salads to the next level? You will come away from this class with fresh greens, a jar of your own dressing and the knowledge to make any dressing at home!
