Wolfe’s Neck Center – Cheesemaking: Paneer

Learn how to make fresh cheese! We will be making paneer, a soft cheese that originated on the Indian subcontinent. Participants will learn about the process of making cheese and Wolfe’s Neck Center’s dairy practices. Everyone will leave the workshop with fresh paneer of their own making. Recommended for adults.
