Wolfe’s Neck Center – Edible & Medicinal Seaweeds of Maine

Explore the coast of Wolfe’s Neck in this workshop by learning about seaweed and how to identify, harvest, prepare, eat, and use it medicinally. Sample different varieties and leave with ideas on how to incorporate seaweed into your everyday life. This class is led by Allie Armstrong, herbalist and functional medicine health coach (alliearmstrongwellness.com). We will meet at the farmhouse and walk to the coast together.
