Wolfe’s Neck Center – Flavors Of Freeport: Fire Cider Workshop

Fire cider is a warming and immune supporting wintertime tonic to ward off sickness and speed up healing if you do get sick. In this workshop you will make and take home your very own batch of fire cider! We will also talk about the immune system and other ways to support it during the winter with holistic tips and tricks. Led by Allie Armstrong, herbalist and functional medicine health coach (www.alliearmstrongwellness.com). For ages 12 and up.
