Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture & the Environment – Herb Workshop: Herbal First Aid

Learn how to create your own herbal “first aid kit” with plants found right in your backyard! We’ll talk about natural remedies for cuts, insect stings, poison ivy, digestive upset, sleep aid and more. You’ll leave with a couple of remedies to add to your home apothecary and a booklet of herbal first aid recipes to try at home.
This workshop is led by Allie Armstrong, herbalist and Functional Medicine health coach.
$15/person, ages 12 and up

This program is offered twice (10am and 1pm) to allow for smaller groups and social distancing. Workshop will be held outside.
