Please join us for an all-levels, all-people, evening-flowdown yoga class at Wolfe’s Neck Center!
Class will be led by instructor Amanda MacLeod, in the primary style of hatha flow, with the intention to stretch and strengthen in a safe community setting. As we take advantage of our beautiful Maine summers and scenery, practicing outside builds both grounding and resilience.
A portion of the proceeds each week will go to benefit a local nonprofit working in environmental and/or social justice. Classes will be sliding scale, with a suggested donation of $5 and up.
In recognition of difficult economic times, two spaces each week will be reserved for those unable to contribute financially. If this is you, please email Amanda to reserve your space directly ([email protected]).
