In this workshop, we will explore how herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle changes can be utilized as tools to bring us back to a state of balance, while cultivating resiliency during this chaotic time. With a specific focus on supporting the immune system and calming the nervous system, you will leave this two-part workshop with concrete tools to move through this time with more ease, as well as with a custom herbal tea blend to take home from each workshop.
Saturday, March 27 from 10-11am
Saturday, April 17 from 10-11am
This is a two-part workshop held in the yurt or outside if the weather allows.
Please dress warmly and bring a tea mug to both classes. Registration is $25 and will be capped at 10 people. All will be required to wear a mask and social distance.
This series is intended for adults or children over 14 and is led by Allie Armstrong, an herbalist and functional medicine health coach.
