Wolfe’s Neck Center – Herbal Tea Blending Workshop

Discover the wonder of herbs by making your own medicinal tea blend! We’ll explore how to craft a blend specific to your wellness needs, and each participant will take home their own blend. We will also discuss proper herb harvesting and drying techniques, as well as taste test many individual herbal teas. Led by Allie Armstrong, herbalist and functional medicine health coach (alliearmstrongwellness.com).
