I started making hot pepper sauce as a hobby about 5 years ago until one day I played around with making labels and more serious recipes. I brought my sauce into work at Maine Medical Center for my coworkers to try, and they convinced me to take it to market! I'm a dialysis nurse, which somewhat surprisingly prepared me for crafting my sauce in an organized, clean, and systematic way as performing dialysis on patients is such a delicate procedure. I take very seriously maintaining a clean and attention to detail driven process from start to finish because my sauces represent me and my passion for local, small batch, craft food products.
