My name is Kim and I’m currently a full-time mom by day and a working artist by naptime. I’ve been painting in oils for over twenty years. Since the birth of my daughter in 2017, my work has focused on animals doing human things, specifically the things I love including but not limited to, and in no particular order: baking, flowers, music, nature, travel, books, chocolate, candlelight, teatime, gazing at the stars and moon, my hankie. In the past three years, I have created over 300 paintings, mostly while my little one sleeps. I have participated in many regional arts fairs, am represented by two wonderful galleries, and my first book ‘R is for Rainbow’ will be available in June 2021!
