Maxine's Winged Creations is stationary items to meet all your needs. My motto is, "Write it Out".
I am a crafter through and through. Started my crafting with my mother many years ago doing all kinds of sewing items from quilts, dresses, towels, cozies, etc. But after she passed, I have struggled with going back to that type of crafting without her. She is the Wind Beneath My Wings, where Maxine's Winged Creations has been formed.
I needed a new way of expressing myself and I love to "Write it Out" so why not do stationary items.
I hand make gift sets that include Journal, Notepad, Mini Comp, Bookmark, Keychain, Pen, etc. that are also sold separately. I have made several of these gift sets for special orders where I also gift wrapped each set and made matching cards for the customer to send with their gift.
Each item is handmade using many unique types of materials from cardstock, vinyl, wrapping paper, wallpaper, fabric, faux leather, and designs I create and print. Each set is made with a theme or image in mind, teacher, nurse, best friend, holiday, or butterflies and dragonflies, which I use a lot as they are mine and my mother's symbols. I set and create the look I am going with, size for each item, journal, notepad, mini comp, and bookmark, within the set. I use a good quality sticker paper and high-quality printer paper for its pages. Making all the covers, using chipboard, adhering the design, either with double sided sticky tape, glue or the sticker paper from printing, all depends on the type of material used, and lining the covers, print and cut all the pages, then cut the holes and bind each book personally. Every step is done with precision and care for each item.
Bookmarks are also made with all kinds of materials, made to match the set, paper crafted or beaded, depending on the design of the set. This also includes a beaded pen to compliment the set. Everyone needs a matching pen when they are given their Journal set.
I also make handmade Cards and cover Post It pads, and beaded keychains, pens and bookmarks for an extra accessory to my stationary packs.
My cards are made according to the paper I have. I love to match colors and themes accordingly and leave most of them blank for any occasion for the buyer. I cut all my card bases on quality cardstock and then create. I do dye cut and circuit cut most of them but always with my own personal twist with color and embellishments. I have a degree in Fashion Design and use my love for that in selecting my papers and designs to complete a unique look for each card.
Keychains are made with fabric, faux leather or beaded. All cut, stitched, strung and finished off by me.
