My name is Betty J. Collins. I am the owner and artist of a small business in Maine, called Simply BJ‘s Shellflakes. We create crushed sea glass ornaments call Kirigami Shellflakes and jewelry from crushed sea glass. My designs come from my education from taking art and design classes at a Maine college. However my passion comes from my love of color. Each piece of sea glass has an iridescent pastel color when mixed with resin making the two a perfect pair. Each one is unique in color based on the glass itself.
