My small business is called “The Canning Man” and is located in Glenburn, ME. I am the owner and only employee. I am a chef and licensed home food processor and mobile vendor. I make and sell a large variety of canned products (sold in mason jars) including but not limited to pickles, relishes, vegetables (dilly beans, brussels sprouts, carrots, etc) and sauces. My products are tested and approved by the University of Maine.
